Account Executive, Marketing and Communications

Are you an enthusiastic professional communicator with 3+ years of experience looking for a dynamic opportunity with an international, boutique, marketing and communications agency? We value highly creative, dedicated employees who excel at client-facing interaction, effective communications strategies and a spirit of curiosity in everything they do. We seek someone with experience formulating and executing a wide range of communications strategies and programs (Marketing, PR, lead generation, etc.) to generate results, ideally in an agency setting (or with the right in-house background).

What the Ideal Candidate Will Do
•      A lot of writing and content creation: thought leadership, case studies, press releases, white papers, client presentations and reports, marketing campaigns and copy. Our clients need digital content delivered in engaging and thoughtful ways.
•      Support US and EU client account teams in growing client relations and projects.
•      Develop accurate project plans and budgets for current clients and prospects, and keep all deliverables on track and on budget.
•      Collaborate on creating marketing communications/PR plans and editorial calendars.
•      Create and execute client social media calendars and outreach. Formulate engaging new ways to use social media with clients.
•      Help develop and execute effective lead generation tactics for clients.
•      Seek ways to generate positive media coverage and relationships for clients.

To Deliver, You NEED:
•      Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR, journalism or related field.
•      3-5 years of relevant, well-rounded communications and marketing experience in support of client needs, preferably in an agency setting.
•      Superb writing skills for different disciplines (new media, marketing copy, journalistic, etc.); strong verbal communication skills.
•      Attention to detail and a client-first mentality.
•      Corporate communications experience: executive presentations, reports, ROI analyses.
•      Skills in modern tools and apps: MS Office, Internet and social media tools (hootsuite, etc.), monitoring and metrics (Google Analytics, etc.), PR database tools (Cision, etc.).
•      Abilities in creative and/or digital creation tools are also valued (e.g., InDesign, HTML, Photoshop, Drupal/WordPress).
