Job Description:

Raytheon’s Global Business Development organization is seeking an innovative and accomplished International Recruiter. The International Recruiter will utilize his/her subject matter knowledge in attracting top talent across the globe for Raytheon’s expanding presence. S/he will partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders providing expertise and support on international sourcing and hiring. This role is also responsible for partnering with the Enterprise International Talent Acquisition Lead in the development of strategies, processes and tools to support the acquisition of talent across the globe.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Provide subject matter expertise, recruitment and sourcing in support of international hiring needs which include expat, local national and third country national hires
• Ensure all hiring activities are in compliance with the country’s laws and regulatory requirements
• Employ innovative and effective sourcing methods in multiple countries/ regions to ensure on-time and qualified candidates
• Develop sourcing strategies to meet the forecasted hiring requirements in each country
• Partner in the development of tools and processes to enhance global hiring efficiencies and effectiveness
• Understand international employment trends, recruiting models, talent availability and readiness, and labor issues in countries which the Company does business or intends to enter a new market
• Support international recruitment branding strategies to include Talent Acquisition programs such as, employee referral program, social networking, and third party vendor partnerships

Required Skills:
• 8 years relevant experience including a minimum of 4 years recruiting/sourcing experience and 2 years international talent acquisition experience
• Experience in the full scope of Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, metrics, interview and selection protocols, candidate negotiation, etc.
• Expertise using social and digital media in international venues as it applies to talent acquisition and employer brand management
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Must work well independently with a high level of responsibility and navigate effectively in matrix environments
• Proven ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships with colleagues and internal customers
