Salary Range : $40K-$55K
Job Description :

Leading global advisory firm seeking a Director of Blueprint 2025 at its Penn Quarter office.

About us:

Infrastructure is the internal framework for a country, allowing its economy and its citizens to be productive and healthy. CG/LA Infrastructure focuses on the creation of long-term value in the world's infrastructure markets, with the goal of doubling global infrastructure investment by 2020. CG/LA provides public and private sector firms with services based on over two decades of working in various infrastructure sectors in the developed and developing world.

CG/LA is considered the thought leader for the US infrastructure sector and perhaps the world at large and has a large network of infrastructure professionals from the development, policy, and finance sectors. Core services provided by CG/LA Infrastructure include the Infrastructure Leadership Forum Series, Strategic Consulting, Project Development, and Macroeconomic analysis based on proprietary tools. Together these services form a dynamic package allowing stakeholders to properly identify key market challenges, connect with each other, and effectively develop business. CG/LA is revolutionizing its business and the infrastructure model by incorporating different models of project financing including blockchain and cryptocurrencies.

Blueprint 2025 is an initiative created to develop an infrastructure roadmap for 2017-2025 and provide expert advice to the Administration on implementation of an infrastructure plan. This task is urgent; our economy does not have the infrastructural foundation - and the creative, strategic thinking - required to support the new industries and businesses that are so necessary for increasing our country’s global competitiveness. Blueprint 2025 has evolved from a report that helps to identify projects and regulatory initiatives into a network of developers, infrastructure professionals and policy-makers who come together to accelerate how we develop infrastructure in the US. Blueprint 2025’s newest initiative is a Shadow Infrastructure Council to develop and provide the US Administration with regular recommendations and an overall Blueprint for our nations infrastructure.

CG/LA seeks a Director of Blueprint 2025 to own the Blueprint 2025 initiative, including managing our network, being a brand ambassador, assisting with the writing and updating of reports, and our annual event and managing the National Infrastructure Shadow Council. This position will require a large portion of time be spent conducting meetings within our network and keeping politicians on the Hill and in the White House apprised of our work, and helping to drive initiatives.

•      Oversee Blueprint 2025 Leadership Forum
o      Work with marketing and events team to design and execute on Leadership Forum

It requires total commitment to growing a network and the creation of products that will lead to a new national infrastructure plan for the US.
