Mark F. Bryant is Vice President for Business Development at Resonate, where he also has led the Issue Advocacy and Campaign Politics practice. Resonate is a "Big Data" digital advertising firm enabling corporations, associations, interest groups, coalitions, and political campaigns to influence public opinion in order to impact public policy and get candidates elected. As the third employee, Mark brought more than twenty years of senior management experience in corporate development, business development, and sales to Resonate. Based in Reston, Virginia and known for pioneering Values Targeting, the company was recently named one of “America’s Most Promising Companies” by Forbes and was selected as a 2011 Red Herring Top 100 North America award winner.

At digital direct marketing company LifeMinders, Mark was charged with all revenue generation for the business. He was instrumental in taking the company public achieving a peak market capitalization in March 2000 of over $2 billion with just over 200 employees.

Prior to joining LifeMinders, Mark launched and spent ten years as COO and Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Legislative Demographic Services, bringing the first Database Management and Targeted Direct Communications SaaS (software as a service) offering to Fortune 100 corporations, associations, and interest groups. Before LDS, Mark served as a fundraising professional for multiple presidential and senatorial campaigns.

In addition to raising four children, Mark is actively engaged in development work for Woodberry Forest School and is a Member of the University of Virginia’s National Committee on University Resources (NCOUR). He also serves as Chairman of the Washington Network Group Government Roundtable Steering Committee and is involved with both the American Association of Political Consultants’ Technology Committee and the Interactive Advertising Bureau’s Sales Executive Council.
