"Networking to Advance Your Career: A Brainstorming Session"

News Release: April 11, 2018

On Wednesday, April 11, 2018, the Washington Network Group convened a WNG Career Development Roundtable with co-moderators Ken Schoppmann, Association Executive and Organizational Management Professional, and Bill Stokes, WNG Founder and Chairman.

Ken and Bill discussed networking best practices, and moderated a brainstorming session with participants on successful networking strategies and tactics. Attendees had an opportunity to pose questions and share insights. Participants left this session with practical advice for achieving better results from their overall networking efforts.

See our original event invitation for more details.

"I wanted to connect and thank you for sharing your networking wisdom on Wednesday night. As a newbie to networking the knowledge that you and Ken shared was very valuable. I greatly appreciated the specific ideas you about the numerous groups to connect with, as well as the practical tips like sticking with three organizations and connecting with event organizers before an event." - Leadership Coach, Sound Pathways
