"Working with an Executive Search Firm: A Primer for Clients and Candidates"

News Release: November 20, 2013

On Wednesday, November 20, 2013, the Washington Network Group held a boardroom session under the auspices of our WNG Chairman's Forum, which convenes special events with outstanding leaders on compelling topics of interest to our Washington Network Group membership.

We meet with David Martin, Managing Partner of Sterling Martin Associates, an executive search firm headquartered in Washington, D.C. David discussed (1) what client organizations should consider when selecting an executive search firm and (2) the role of the executive search firm in career management. This highly interactive session provided ample opportunity for questions, comments and dialogue.

Testimonials:

"Fantastic event - I learned more about executive search in those two hours than I had learned in all years previous. Please do more of this!"
 - Association Executive

"Thanks again for helping me to attend the presentation yesterday. I found it to be very valuable and look forward to attending other WNG events."
 - Deputy Director, Office of Donor Engagement
   US Agency for International Development
