Joe Brinker has accepted the position of senior democracy, governance, peace and security advisor in the Middle East Bureau at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). Joe will cover 11 countries in the Middle East in this role and will be based in Washington, DC. We are proud to have Joe as a WNG Advisory Board member.

Nino Kader, CEO of
Spark Digital, recently appeared on Aljazeera TV to discuss
whether Apple's iPhone has peaked. Based in Doha, Qatar, Nino is a WNG International Council member and WNG Communications Roundtable steering committee member.
Pamela Peseux, president of
Cimperium International LCC, an international trade promotion and advisory firm, led the technical program development for two USTDA-sponsored reverse trade missions from East Africa’s port and airport sectors. Ms. Peseux developed the 11-day itineraries which included meetings and site visits with U.S. port and airport stakeholders. Peseux traveled with both the port and airport delegations to three cities in March and April. Ms. Peseux also traveled to India in March as a member of the USTDA India Smart City Technical Advisory Team to participate in a needs assessment workshop with Ajmer city stakeholders.
