Edit Directory Listing & Member Profile

Directory Listing: Everyone registered on the WNG portal has a Directory Listing, which includes their contact information. Access to our Directories is password protected, and only WNG Members can see the contact information of other registered users. Non-Members do not have access to our directories, but they may edit their individual contact information.

Member Profile: Each WNG Member has a Member Profile, which includes their Directory Listing (contact information), biographical information, and survey responses. Member Profiles are created when candidates submit their application. Each Member's profile is private and cannot be viewed by other Members. Although WNG Members may view our Member Directories to locate contact information, all other information contained in your Member Profile is not made public. Rather, this information is used by the WNG Office during the application review process and to track group demographics and individual preferences for membership management purposes, and is covered by our WNG privacy policy.

Edit My Record: To edit your Directory Listing and Member Profile you must login first to the portal, then click on the link below. Forgot your login? Visit our FAQs for instructions on how to recover or change it, or contact the WNG Office.
