How do I change my Login: Username and Password?


Answer: The process to change your login information is the same for WNG Members and Non-Members:

  • First, login with your current Username and Password.

  • Visit the "Users Section" found on the right side panel, click on "Options" - or follow this direct link.

  • Under Options, you may change your login information, which consists of your Username and Password.

  • For Password (box at the top), click on the button "Update Password" and a new dialogue box appears; make your change; and then submit your change by clicking on the "Update Password" button.

  • For Username (second box from the top), enter your current "Password", and below it your "Username" (which is the same as the email address we use to communicate with you via our listserv). Then click on the button "Update Username".

Do I have to be a WNG Member (paid) to have a login?


Answer: No, you do not have to be a WNG Member to have a login to our portal.

  • You may Register to our site by submitting your contact profile and receiving a user login. This simple process is automatic. Your login information is confirmed with you via email. Then you will be registered to login on our web site. Login allows access additional content not otherwise visible to the general public.

  • Only WNG Members have access to our premium content.

  • To become a Member, you must submit a Membership Application form online. This step will establish your prospective memberhip profile. Submission will formally initiate the application process.

  • We sincerely encourage you to become a WNG Member so that you will have full access to our portal and all of the other Member Benefits.

How Do I Recover My Lost Login & Password?


Answer: The process to recover your lost login and password is the same for WNG Members and Non-Members:

• Click on the "Login" button in the upper right corner, and then click on the "Lost Password" tab at the top of the page - or follow this direct link.

Hint: Your "Username" usually is the email address we use to send you listserv messages, unless you chose something else...

• The WNG portal will then reset your password with a randomly generated temporary password, and this new password will be emailed to you automatically. Check your email in-box...

• To change your password, you may now login with your temporary password - then follow these directions:

Login. Then visit the "Users Section" found on the right side panel, click on "Options" - or follow this direct link.
